3 week Bathroom Renovation Ts & Cs
Our 3-week bathroom renovation timeframe applies to most standard bathroom renovations from the first day of onsite works, once the design, scope of work, product selections, approvals, scheduling and contract details have been finalised.
This timeframe is based on a standard bathroom renovation with no major structural changes, no significant plumbing or electrical relocation, no hidden damage, no asbestos removal, no custom-order product delays, and clear site access for our trades.
The 3-week timeframe does not include the initial consultation, design process, quoting, product selection, ordering of fixtures or materials, waiting periods before the scheduled start date, or any approval/certification requirements that may apply to more complex projects.
Completion timeframes may be extended where unexpected issues are discovered during demolition or construction, including water damage, rotten framing, termite damage, mould, non-compliant previous work, damaged subfloors, structural defects, plumbing issues, electrical issues, or other conditions that were not reasonably visible before works began.
Timeframes may also be affected by client-requested variations, late product selections, unavailable fixtures or tiles, supplier delays, weather events, access restrictions, strata/body corporate requirements, public holidays, trade availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The 3-week timeframe applies to bathroom works only and may not apply to projects involving multiple bathrooms, ensuites, laundries, kitchens, full home renovations, extensions, structural alterations, or custom/high-spec finishes that require additional time.
“Completed” means the bathroom is substantially complete and ready for normal use. Minor defect rectification, final touch-ups, custom glass, mirrors, shower screens, specialty fittings, or supplier-delayed items may be completed separately where required.
The estimated timeframe shown on this website is general information only and does not replace, override or vary the timeframe stated in your written quotation, building contract or project schedule. The timeframe confirmed in your signed contract or written project documentation will be the timeframe that applies to your renovation.
We will provide a project timeline before work begins and will communicate with you if anything changes during the renovation. Final project timing will always depend on the confirmed scope of work, the written agreement and the conditions found onsite.
