We’ve been renovating bathrooms for a long time. Most of our work came through word of mouth. Mates telling mates. Families coming back years later when they’re ready for the next job. We started out servicing clients in Brisbane and have slowly expanded to now serve homeowners on the Gold Coast too. We’re not a big company. Just a solid team that shows up, gets it done properly, and leaves you with a bathroom that feels good to live with.
We take care of the whole job from start to finish. Design, demolition, waterproofing, tiling, and everything in between. No bouncing between different tradies or wondering who’s showing up next. We keep things simple and make sure you’re looked after the whole way through. Bathrooms are our main focus, but we also take on kitchens, laundries, and full house renovations when people want to do more. If it’s worth doing, we’re in.

We had our main bathroom redone by Paana from design to completion. It turned out beautifully. Everyone who worked on it was friendly, pleasant and respectful of our home. The design really optimised the space and it looks gorgeous. All the Paana staff I dealt with were helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend Paana Construction.

The team at Paana Construction is amazing, and I would highly recommend working with them. They completely transformed our home—what was once just an old, dusty, open garage is now a fully sealed, liveable entertainment room complete with a new bathroom and air conditioning.
The craftsmanship is excellent all around. The team was hardworking, fast, and very quick to adapt to any changes we needed during the build. Communication was generally decent throughout the project.
The only minor setback was that some fixtures and finishing items took longer than expected due to administrative issues. However, the team was transparent about this, and I’ve been told these processes have since been corrected. Despite the wait for those final touches, the room was usable and the overall result is fantastic.
I will definitely consider Paana for future builds and have already recommended them to family and friends.

We are absolutely delighted with the extension completed by PAANA on our home. From start to finish the project was handled with professionalism, skill, and care. they did a full bathroom renovation, a huge back decking and a master bedroom on the second floor for us. PAANA certainly delivered on our Ensuite Renovation. We are very pleased with the final result. A special thanks to Abdulah, the tiler, he did an absolutely amazing job. We did have some hiccups on the way. A leak from our original shower resulted in some structural frame damage and also our original builder cut through a floor joist under the old spa. PAANA fixed both these issues quickly. While the renovation was to take four weeks, it ended up taking eight weeks. Delays due to repairs to previous water damage and the joist repair plus the removal of an ant's nest and illness due to influenza and covid to just about the whole company could not be anticipated. The only criticism I have was due to time management of tradesman. On several occasions, trades people did not arrive as expected. On one occasion a couple of trades people arrived early and were not expected at all. I understand it is difficult to manage the many trades people that PAANA employ, but I also understand that PAANA are trying to manage what is a difficult issue for any company that employs many sub-contracted trades people. Overall, we are very satisfied with the renovation and would definitely recommend PAANA Constructions.

Our experience with PAANA Construction was extemely positive. They were professional and provided timely updates when requested and were available to discuss aspects/changes in relation to the bathroom rennovation with sometimes little notice without issue. They were also a valuable source of advice and provided relevant suggestions for a number of unique issues which were unexpected. Big thanks to Menelaos the the team in this regard. I was very happy with working with Paana to completely redo the bathroom in an ageing Queenslander. They responded almost immediately upon enquiry and had good communication throughout the process. A few surprises awaited them during demolition, but nothing was an issue to get fixed properly. The final bathroom looks great and all was done in a speedy manner.
